Cordes-sur-Ciel is is a living piece of history and art, since its creation in 1222 by the Count of Toulouse. Its exceptional site, its remarkable architectural heritage, make it one of the most significant medieval cities of France. In 2014 Cordes-sur-Ciel won the contest of France2 TV for the most beloved French village.
